Day 1: Reset & Clean Girl Foundation
This is all about decluttering your environment and setting up a new foundation for the week. When everything around you feels organized, you do too!
This is your “start over” day.
What to do on Day 1:
- Full bedroom reset (clean everything, wash your bedsheets, rearrange the furniture, declutter).

- Apply a hydrating face mask.
- Begin drinking more water.
- Wear clean or brand new pajamas that you feel cute in!
Day 2: Skin Focus (Glass Skin Routine)
Today is all about your skin! This is a NO MAKEUP day, let your skin rest! It is also time to change up your routine. Get rid of old products that don’t work for you and pick up a new moisturizer, new serum and new cleanser.
What to do on Day 2:
- Change to a silk pillowcase for bed
- Get rid of old skincare products or ones you don’t use
- Create a budget and buy new products (cleanser, moisturizer, serum) – these don;t have to be expensive.
- Create your AM and PM routine and write it down and tape it in your bathroom (like the example below, this is mine!)

Day 3: Hair Glow Up Routine
Today is all about hair – woohoo! Healthy, shiny hair is always the goal for everyone.
Think: soft, smooth and glossy…
What to do on Day 3:
- Get a fresh trim to get rid of dead ends
- Apply a deep-conditioning hair mask for 30 minutes (and make it a routine 1-2x per week)
- Get some highlights if it works into your budget (everyone looks better with highlights and its beautiful for summer)
- Apply a hair serum or oil from your mids to ends
- Start putting your hair in a braid before bed to reduce breakage
Day 4: Makeup Reset
This is my favorite day of the routine – the makeup upgrade! We’re going to go for a natural soft glam look for your glow up routine.

What to do on Day 4:
- Clean all you makeup brushes and sponges
- Throw out all old makeup you don’t use or that is gross
- Wax and trim your eyebrows (can tint them too!)
- Buy two new beauty products that you haven’t tried (a new blush colour, a lip tint, brown mascara, ect) – this gets you excited and switches up your look slightly – I usually purchase it online or at the drug store
- Organize your makeup table/vanity
