ANTI-AGING MORNING ROUTINE
Cleanse
Always wash your face in the morning to remove dead skin from the night while you slept. A gentle, hydrating cleanser is the best option in the mornings.
De-puff
Get a facial roller or gua Sha facial tool and keep it in the freezer. Every morning after cleansing make sure to roll it on your face, including the under eye area, for a de-puffing effect.
Eyes
Apply a gentle under eye cream that has peptides and/or hyaluronic acid. Something hydrating for the mornings that isn’t too harsh for the thin skin.
Moisturizer
Apply a vitamin C serum all over the face to brighten up the skin and reduce dullness. This is hydrating, wakes your face up and has anti aging properties.

ANTI-AGING NIGHT TIME ROUTINE
Remove makeup
Be gentle when removing your makeup at night . Avoid tugging and pulling on the skin. Gently wipe away any makeup and residue with patience and care. Use makeup wipes or a gentle makeup remover.
Cleanse
Using a heavier cleanser is okay if you’re using it at night. You want to make sure you are getting all the dirt and makeup off from the day. Always use a hydrating cleanser.
Toner
Use a cotton round and a toner at night. This preps your skin for your serums/moisturizers. This also helps to wipe off any makeup that you may have missed while cleansing. Eyes: apply a gentle retinol cream under the eyes 3x per week. The other days use a basic under eye hydration cream. Retinol works great but should not be used during the day on the sun or too often. This is because it can be harsh on the skin and helps to regenerate your skin cells to soften fine lines.
Serum
Apply a face oil or oil face serum. Applying oil onto your skin is super hydrating. If you use a clean face oil that is natural, it will not cause you to breakout. Your skin secretes oil naturally, so adding oil if your skin is more on the dry side helps to avoid lines from forming due to dryness.
Moisturizing
You have options! You can use an anti-aging face cream or a hydrating face cream. Creams with hyaluronic acid, niacinamide or peptides/collagen are great nightly skincare options. Look for a “rich” cream that is of thicker consistency so it hydrates all night long.
