My Results from taking Collagen

My results from taking collagen I began taking collagen about a year ago. I started off with taking beef bone broth in a powder form because I heard that bone broth stimulates collagen production. I tried my best to drink this daily but it doesn’t taste very good and does not dissolve very well.

I’m not sure how much affect I saw from the beef broth powder, I felt that maybe I saw some difference but not a lot. I then switched to a bovine collagen powder. I did start to see more of a difference from taking this daily. But then I got recommended to switch to marine collagen powder and that was when I saw the most difference in my skin.

I had people compliment me on my skin after using the marine collagen for over a month. I also felt that I could really see a difference in my skin hydration and elasticity. I did not notice any difference with fine lines though, and if there was it was minor. If you want to improve elasticity and hydration, then you will benefit from taking marine collagen daily.

So from my experience the marine collagen works the best if you are taking it to improve your overall skin complexion.

What are the best types of collagen for Anti-Aging?

There are three types of collagen I have tried over the past year: beef collagen, chicken collagen, and marine collagen.

I used the beef collagen in a beef bone broth powder form as well as in a collagen supplement. I found when using the beef bone broth it helped my skin to look more firm and glowy. The only con I found with taking the collagen beef broth powder was that it is hard to dissolve even in hot water. It also does not taste the greatest.

I then switched to using marine collagen and I found this made so much difference in my skin. My skin was more firm, hydrated and my overall completion improved.

My favorite way to take collagen is in a powder form and I add it to my coffee each morning. The best type of marine collagen would be to find a clean sourced one. Do your research and find what is best suited for you.
